A friend of mine, David, from Extraordinary Productions shared with me this video that features one of my idols and role models Pharrell Williams. This shows him sharing some great knowledge not only on how to be successful, but how to be a better person. I've rewatched this several times now for the advice and positivity that Pharrell emits. Focus and hard work will lead to great things and there will be many people and things that will try and bring you down, but as long as you stay strong and surround yourself by people who make you want to be better, the success will come!
